I loved their new apartment. Jessie and Phil are both artistically inclined and it shows. I was in love with their set up.

Jessie & Phil decided to do a first look and I was so excited. It was Jessie's idea to take a ride on the swans. I've never had so much fun with a first look and highly recommend them. They had time to themselves before the day unfolded and provided me the opportunity to capture some really great authentic moments.
How cute are these two! Seriously, I was having the time of my life just watching these two interact, so fun loving!
I was impressed by the invitation that arrived in my mail box. Adorned with vintage stamps Jessie collected each unique handkerchief from antique stores and printed text directly on them. From that point on the anticipation fueled me for this wedding and it never let me down.
They created a very romantic ambiance for their ceremony by placing candles in ball jars at their ceremony and reception sites.
As they exited the church they made their way to a vintage Thunderbird waiting to whisk them away to the reception.

Jessie created personalized table seating cards for each guest. They were located just as you arrived inside the reception site and were hanging on vintage doors. Again, I wish I could do it all over.
They had a sweets table for guests to take home.

The cake was made and designed by Jason Kakabaker of Cakabakery. Not only is his name appropriate he makes one delicious cake. Cake topper by Melabo. The amazing backdrop for their family and bridal portraits. These two are far from traditionalists and I adore it! I loved the napkins Jessie made herself by gathering fabric from local stores. Cut and pressed by her, inspiring!Party down at the newly constructed UICA! |
